wo judges were honored by the Jewish Bar
Association of Michigan (JBAM) on May 22 at
the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham. More than
150 guests celebrated Judge Marla Parker, who received
the Avern Cohn Lifetime Achievement Award, and Judge
Jamie Wittenberg, who was posthumously honored with
the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Champion of Justice Award.
Judge Wittenberg died of brain cancer last November.
The Jewish Bar Association of Michigan provides
education, resources and camaraderie for the legal com-
munity, and legal support to the wider community. For
