Network has honored exceptional caregivers 

of Jewish patients at its annual professional 

Weisberg Caring Coalition Conference, “The

Best Care Possible”. Honorees represent 

hospices, hospital systems, senior caregiving 

facilities, and community agencies, as well as

private duty caregivers and volunteers.

JHCN’s Hospice Hero award was founded with a gift from the

Judge Michael L. Stacey Trust, enabling JHCN to continue its

mission ensuring no Jew is ever alone at the end of life.
