After our usual Tot Shabbat song session, our friends at Repair the World will guide us in a family- friendly planting activity so we can spread some wildflower seeds around our homes. Tot Shabbats are geared toward kiddos ages 0-5(ish) and their grownups. Personal Action Toward Health (PATH) is an interactive program on Zoom designed by Stanford University to provide the necessary skills and tools to help you manage chronic pain and live a better life.
