our usual Tot Shabbat 
song session, our friends 
at Repair the World will 
guide us in a family-
friendly planting activity 
so we can spread some 
wildflower seeds around 
our homes. Tot Shabbats 

are geared toward kiddos 
ages 0-5(ish) and their 
grownups. There is no 
charge to attend, but

The spring edition of 
Playwrights @ Work’s 
bi-annual festival of 
new works, “Shorts and 
Sweets” will be presented 
by the Birmingham

The festival features six 
different short plays, 
which are all original 
works by local authors and 
members of Birmingham 
Village Players. Sweets

MANAGING PAIN

People living with chronic 
pain often find it interferes 
with their ability to manage 
their health and live life to 
the fullest. Personal Action 
Toward Health (PATH) is 
an interactive program 
on Zoom designed by 
Stanford University to 
provide the necessary 
skills and tools to help 
you manage chronic pain 
and live a better life. This 
six-week workshop is 
conducted by certified 
leaders. Open to adults 
with chronic pain and 
other health conditions 
as well as caregivers.
