“BOBBY/
FRENCHY”
FISHER, 86,
passed away
March 10, 2023,
in Los Angeles.
He was a Detroit native and
migrated to L.A. in 1965 after
spending time in Germany as
a captain in the Air Force.
A University of Michigan
graduate, Bobby was a doctor
of internal medicine with a
specialty in rheumatology. He
loved skiing, afternoons on
the golf course and was always
watching sports. His greatest
joy was his grandchildren.
Bobby had a quick wit and
loved telling jokes. His timing
was perfect and kept his
friends and family laughing
at every story he told. He was
the last one on the dance floor
at every party he attended.
Bobby will be missed
dearly, and his legacy will live
on through endless stories
and memories relived by his
family and friends.
Mr. Fisher is survived
by his beloved wife of 53
years, Reggie; his sister,
Carolyn (“Cookie”) and her
husband, Richard Cogan; his
kids, Cheryl Schneider (the
late Ian Schneide), Cathy
Gurvis, Kevin Fisher and
wife, Jennifer Fisher, Brian
Fisher and wife, Gaby Fisher;
his 10 grandchildren; his
loving sister-in-law, Doreen
Hermelin; many nieces,
nephews, great-nieces and
great-nephews who adored
him.
A celebration of life was
held at Hillside Memorial
in Los Angeles. In lieu of
flowers, donations may be

FREEDMAN, 92,
of West
Bloomfield, died
March 13, 2023.
He is survived
by his wife of 63 years,
Falene Freedman; son, Craig
Freedman; daughter, Julie
Bartholomew; grandchildren,
Ryan Bartholomew and his
fiancee, Carley, Caroline
Bartholomew, Faren
Bartholomew and her partner,
Amir.
