HOW TO SUBMIT ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mazel Tov! announcements are welcomed for members of the
Jewish community. Anniversaries, engagements and weddings
with a photo (preferably color) can appear at a cost of $18
each. Births are $10. There is no charge for bar/bat mitzvahs
or for special birthdays starting at the 90th.

essica Sherbin and
Daniel Deutsch of
Bloomfield Hills are
excited to share their
engagement.
Their parents are Karen
Rubenfire, Daniel Sherbin, and
Susan and David Deutsch, all
from Farmington Hills.
Jessica graduated from
Michigan State University and
pursued a master’s degree
in physician assistant studies
from the University of Detroit Mercy. She is now
employed as a P.A. in family medicine.
Danny graduated from Michigan State University and
works in the sales industry.
A May wedding is planned at the Henry Hotel in
Dearborn.

Dylan Grey Pollack, son of Nicole and Jimmy
Pollack, will be called to the Torah as a bar
mitzvah at Temple Israel in West Bloomfield
on Friday, Jan. 27, 2023. He will be joined in
celebration by his brothers and sister, Jack,
Samantha and Levi. Dylan is the loving
grandchild of Joanna and Robert Pollack, Brenda
Kaplan, and Del and David Kaplan.
He is a student at West Hills Middle School in West
Bloomfield. Dylan’s most meaningful mitzvah project
was volunteering his time with Oakland Family Services
for their clothing drive; he collected, delivered and
distributed donations to families in need.
