and Ben Milgram; great-
grandchildren, Jacob and
MacKenzie Milgram.
Mrs. Lyons was the
beloved wife of the late Art
Lyons.
Interment was at Adat
Shalom Memorial Park.
Contributions may be
made to a charity of one’s
choice. Arrangements by Ira
Kaufman Chapel.

SIMA “CINDY”
MATHEWS, 82,
of Oak Park, died
Dec. 29, 2022.
Sima was a
true friend to
those who knew her. She
always stood up for what
she believed in. She has
generously contributed
to many charitable
organizations.
She was the beloved wife
of the late Samuel Mathews.
Mrs. Mathews is survived
by her children, Stella (Dan)
Grubner, Dorit Mathews,
Deanna (Ira) Kleiman, Laura
(Bob) Manning, Michael
Mathews, Joseph (Savannah)
Mathews; grandchildren,
Sean, Lindsey, Eliana, David,
Jacob, Olivia, Violet and
River.
She was also the mother of

the late Michelle LaRocque
and the late Daniel Mathews.
Contributions may
be made to any Jewish
organization. Arrangements
by Dorfman Chapel.

MARVIN
MYERS, 90, of
Farmington
Hills, died Dec.
30, 2022.
A member of
the Downtown Synagogue,
he was also a proud veteran
of the Korean War.
Mr. Myers is survived by
his sons and daughters-in-
law, Bradley and Stephanie
Myers of Mt. Pleasant, S.C.,
John and Catherine Town
of Columbia, S.C.; daughter
and son-in-law, Nancy and
Ed Krikorian; grandchildren,
Cydney, Jonathon, Kerry;
great-grandson, Carmine;
niece and nephew, Donna
and Shel Litman; great-niece
and great-nephew, Josh and
Karolyn Litman.
He was the cherished
grandfather of the late
Hailey; loving son of the late
Dora Myers, the late Mildred
Goldman Myers and the late
Harry Myers; dear brother
and brother-in-law of the late
Hershel and the late Evelyn
Myers.

Hebrew Memorial Chapel.
