Mazel Tov! announcements are welcomed for members of the
Jewish community. Anniversaries, engagements and weddings
with a photo (preferably color) can appear at a cost of $18
each. Births are $10. There is no charge for bar/bat mitzvahs
or for special birthdays starting at the 90th.

Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023.
She will be joined in
celebration by her

brother Ari. Elliana is the
loving grandchild of
Danielle and Stuart Leff,
and Marsha and Jerry
Moss.
Elliana is a student at
West Hills Middle School
in West Bloomfield. Her
most meaningful mitzvah
project was volunteering
with Yad Ezra in Berkley
during their High Holiday
Food Drive.

Smith 70th
A

rthur and Dotty
Smith will celebrate
their 75th wedding
anniversary on Jan. 27, 2023.
The couple met at a Hillel
dance after which Arthur had
his more outspoken but
similar-sounding brother
arrange their first date. They
have two children, Mindy and
Fred, and four grandchildren, Jenny, Alec, Hunter and
Isaac, who were raised on chicken soup at Friday night
and holiday dinners, and visit often. The couple enjoy
reading, travel adventures and sharing closeness and
love with friends and family.
