SCHWARTZ, 31, of
Cambridge, Mass.,
formerly of
Huntington
Woods, passed
away from brain cancer on Dec.
1, 2022.
He was a graduate of Berkley
High School, where he was
captain of the Cross Country
Team. He attended University
of Michigan for his bache-
lor’s and master’s degrees.
There, he ultimately obtained
a Ph.D. in Molecular and
Integrative Physiology. He was
employed as a principal scien-
tist at the Novartis Institutes
for BioMedical Research in
Cambridge.
Andrew enjoyed cooking
with his wife, Leah. He also
liked music, rock climbing,
reading and spending time
with his large group of friends
throughout the country. He was
known for his infectious energy
and generous heart.
Mr. Schwartz is survived by
his wife, Leah Abrams; his par-
ents, Bob and Robin Schwartz;
his brother, Adam Schwartz;
and his sister, Amy Schwartz.
