announce the birth of Charly Mae Klar.

Klar. Also welcoming Charly Mae are 
grandparents, Mark and Nori Klar, Joey and 
Kim Krinsky, and Deb and Ric Monkaba. Charly Mae 
is named in loving memory of her great-grandparents 
Charles and Barbara May Deschamps, and Maxine 
Krinsky. Charly Mae was given her Hebrew name of 
Chaya Gal in loving memory of her great-aunt Gale Klar 
Freidenreich, who shares her same birthday.

on Friday, Sept. 30, 2022.

Brody is a student 
at Hillel Day School of 
Metropolitan Detroit in

most meaningful mitzvah 
project was raising money 
and collecting food for 
Yad Ezra in Berkley.

mitzvah at 
Temple Shir Shalom in 
West Bloomfield on Friday, 
Sept. 30, 2022. She will 
be joined by her sister 
Jillian, who will also 
become a bat mitzvah. 
Elana is the loving 

granddaughter of Rick and 
Renee Unger, and Howard 
and Rita Golding, and the 
great-granddaughter of 
Delores Forbes. 
Elana is a student at 
Clifford Smart Middle 
School in Commerce 
Township. After a 
meaningful visit to the 
Anne Frank House in 
Amsterdam, Elana chose 
to make bracelets and 
raise money to support 
the ongoing mission of 
providing educational 
opportunities and helping 
maintain the Anne Frank 
House and Museum.

as an emergency medicine 
physician at Henry Ford Health. 
A November wedding is planned.

joined in celebration by 
his sister Aria. Blake is the 
loving grandchild of 
Rebecca and the late Cary 
Weitzman, and Elizabeth 
and Stephen Wood. 
Blake is a student 
at Hillel Day School of 
Metropolitan Detroit in 
Farmington Hills. His 
most meaningful mitzvah 
project was volunteering 
with PeerCorps Detroit in 
partnership with Repair 
the World.
