Mr. Lazar is survived by his
beloved wife of 42 years, Joan
Lazar; devoted daughter, Dr.
Stephanie Lazar, and son-in-
law, Alan Walborn; adoring
grandchildren, Remy and
Benjamin Walborn; loving
brother, Michael Lazar; broth-
er-in-law, Marshall (Linda)
Maldaver; and their children,
Marc and Jeffrey Maldaver. He
is also survived by many other
loving family members and
friends.
He was preceded in death
by his parents, Berko and Eta
Lazar.
Interment took place at
Clover Hill Park Cemetery in
Birmingham. Contributions
may be made to a charity of
one’s choice. Arrangements by

CAROL C.
PLOTNIK, 78, of
Southfield died
Sept. 4, 2022.
She was a
member of the
Radomer Aide Society and
volunteered at Temple Israel
in many different capacities.
Carol worked for many
different companies in sales and
customer service, and recently
owned C.P
. Services, through
which she did companion and
home care.
Ms. Plotnik is survived by
longtime special friend, Karey
Henderson of Kingston; and
many other loving friends.
She was pre-deceased by
her mother, Edith Ross; father,
Phillip Ross; and brother,

Leonard Ross.
Interment took place at
Radomer Aide Cemetery.
Arrangements by Hebrew
Memorial Chapel.

MURIEL
WEINBERG, 88, of
Boynton Beach,
Fla., formerly of
Detroit, died Sept.
7, 2022.
She is survived by her
daughters, Sandra Wright,
Laura Davis and Karen
Weinberg; son and daughter-
in-law, Richard and Wendy
Weinberg; grandchildren,
Larry Caudell, Lynn Taylor,
John Wright, Benjamin
Davis, Sarah Davis, Tamara
Zuckerman, Joshua Weinberg
and Adam Weinberg; 28 great-
grandchildren; 12 great-great-

grandchildren.
Mrs. Weinberg was the
beloved wife of the late Harvey
Weinberg; the loving mother-
in-law of the late John Wright
and the late Charles Davis;
and the dear sister of the late
Mildred and the late John Geer.
Interment was at Adat
Shalom Memorial Park.
