The MIU Men’s Health
Foundation is recognizing
International Men’s Health
Week June 13-19 with its
longstanding signature
events to advocate for
men’s health and prostate
cancer survivorship. Cogs &
Kegs brings cyclists togeth-
er for a group ride through
Metro Detroit, starting and
ending at Griffin Claw in
Birmingham. Bike riding
enthusiasts will choose
between a 10-mile casual
ride or a 30-mile course,
starting at Griffin Claw, tour-
ing through Metro Detroit,
then concluding back at the
brewery, where riders can
enjoy a 16-oz. Mr. Blue Sky
beer and a post-ride meal
on the outdoor patio. Riders
on both routes will be
escorted by the Michigan
State Police and local police
departments. The 30-mile
ride begins at 6:30 p.m. and
the 10-mile ride at 7 p.m.
To join either ride, cyclists
