Feb. 24, 2022.
He is survived
by his beloved wife, Sharon
Bender; sons and daugh-
ters-in-law, Bruce and Betsy
Bender, Larry and Renee
Bender, Jonathan Ocker;
daughter, Stefanie Ocker;
sister-in-law, Sandy Alfred;
daughter-in-law, Kathy
Bender-Slagen; brother,
Marty Edelman; grand-
children, Joshua, Melanie
(Nick), Michael, Emily and
Corey, Lindsey, Ben and
Andrew; great-grandchil-
dren, Tucker, Ava, Ayden,
Augustus, Delilah Rose and
Ayden Bent Bender; many
loving nieces, nephews,
other family members and
friends; his loyal companion,
Bella.
Mr. Bender was the father
of the late Mark Bender;
brother of the late Roz Gold
and the late Mildred Wish.
Interment took place at
Adat Shalom Memorial
Park Cemetery in Livonia.
Contributions may be made
to a charity of one’s choice.
