He went to Case Western Reserve University, majoring in engineering and working in the field for many years. After retiring, he worked on income tax returns. Mr. Packard is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Eva Kuhn Packard; brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Gwen Packard; sister- in-law, Rita Packard; many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-neph- ews, other family members and friends Robert was the brother of the late Herbert Packard.
