style. Shows are free

port both the Ark and the

The Maple Theater and
Variety the Children’s
Charity of Detroit invite
Metro Detroit film fans to
go back to the movies with
special premiere screen-
ings of the anticipated
film In the Heights to help
fund Variety’s programs
that help children, no mat-
ter the need. Attendees
can see the movie, enjoy
dinner outside and help
a great cause. Dinner
starts at 5 p.m. and attend-
ees can arrive prior to
their selected screening
time. The Maple Theater
is at 4135 Maple Road,
Bloomfield Township.
Tickets are $100 per per-
son and can be purchased
at themapletheater.com or
the Theater’s box office.
Tickets include an outside
dinner from American
Coney Island and Como’s.
To comply with state reg-
ulations, the Maple will
host showings on three
