“Ghetto: The History of a Word.” He
will reveal how the history of ghettos

WILCO

American alternative rock band WILCO, led by front man Jeff Tweedy,
comes to the Hill Auditorium in Ann Arbor at 7:30 p.m. Tweedy, who
grew up in Belleville, Ill. (was not raised Jewish, but his wife and sons
were), converted to Judaism in 2013 following a promise to his son
made around the time of his bar mitzvah. Wilco’
s musical style has
evolved from a 1990s country rock sound to a current “eclectic indie
rock collective that touches on many eras and genres.”
