Rabbi Nate DeGroot will speak 

about Hazon Detroit, and his efforts 

to re-awaken Jewish earth-based 

spirituality, and to address the issues 

of climate change, food insecurity, 

and environmental justice within the 

greater Detroit community. Rabbi 

DeGroot was ordained at Hebrew 

College in Boston.
