Local artist Olivia Guterson 
has created the outline of a 
mural that is interactive and 
accessible for all in the com-
munity. Come join in the fun 
by drawing or coloring within 
the artwork, all while engag-
ing in a harvest reflection. 
The mural installation 
is on display and open for 
interaction at the Downtown 
Synagogue, 1457 Griswold, 
Detroit, through Friday, Oct. 
11. The mural also will be 
open for community draw-
ing throughout the syna-
gogue’
s Annual Sukkah Hop 
on Oct. 13.

ping, unveiling of new Bees 
and Trees Collection, while

The Executive Board of the Michigan Democratic Jewish 
Caucus announced the formation of the Michigan Jewish 
Democrats Federal Action Fund, a new political action com-
mittee that will enable the group to spend in federal elections.
Caucus founder and chair Noah Arbit, who will also serve 
as the Fund’
s executive director, said, “I am thrilled that we 
will be able to channel the incredible energy and activism of
