r. Michael and Lori Wayne of
West Bloomfield are thrilled to
announce the upcoming marriage
of their daughter Morgan Paige to Matthew
Erik Barker, son of Liz and Jeff Barker of
West Bloomfield.
Morgan and Matt both graduated from
Michigan State University. Morgan works
as a medical administrator and Matt is an
associate broker at Max Broock Realtors.
A June 2019 wedding is planned in
Birmingham.

Country Club in River Vale, N.J.
The groom is the son of Judge Michael
and Bari Silver, former residents of West
Bloomfield, now of Saint Lucie West, Fla.
The bride is the daughter of Howard and
Stephanie Serber of Wayne, N.J.
Participating in the ceremony was

Serber of Pompton Plains, N.J.
Adam and Tracey honeymooned in New
Zealand and Bora Bora. They reside in
Denver, Colo.

lisa Peskin-Shepherd and Steven
Shepherd are excited to announce
the engagement of their daughter
Hope Sarah Peskin-Shepherd, to Andrew
Sandor Missel, son of Judi Gyory Missel
and Fred Missel of Mesa, Ariz.
Hope graduated from the University
of Michigan with a B.A. in Spanish and
brain, behavior and cognitive science and
from Columbia University with a master
of public health in population and family
health with a certificate in sexuality, sexual
and reproductive health. She is a popula-
tion health analyst at Cascadia Behavioral
Healthcare in Portland, Ore.
Andrew received a B.S. in health science and community health education
from the University of Arizona and a master of public health in healthcare
management with a concentration in global health from Yale University. He is
program director for ProtoCall Services Inc. in Portland.
The couple met in Ann Arbor, where their May wedding is planned.
