ROBERT SIPHER, 62, of West 
Bloomfield, died April 19, 2019. 
He was a resident of Charach House, a 
group home in the JARC community. He 
will be fondly remembered for his loving 
presence, sweet smile, love of Chinese 
food and bowling.
Mr. Sipher is survived by his mother, 
Ann Sipher; sister and brother-in-law, 
Lynn Sipher and Scott Mann; brother 

and sister-in-law, Joe and Mary Sipher; 
many nieces and nephews. 
He was the son of the late Allen 
Sipher.

SHAY CELIA ZIFF, 15 of 
Bloomfield Hills, died 
April 20, 2019.
She was born in Pontiac 
on Jan. 23, 2004. On May 
18, 2004, at four months 
old, Shay received a heart 
transplant, her “
gift of life.
” She was 
a freshman at Bloomfield Hills High 
School. To know Shay was to love her.
Shay leaves behind her amazing sister, 
Brooke; her mom and stepdad, Lisa Ziff 
and Karl Krueger, dad and stepmom, 
Adam and Nancy Ziff; loving grand-
parents, Lenore and Dr. Stan Dorfman, 
Marjie and Steve Ziff, and Barb and Bud 
Keller; and a huge following of family 
and friends.
Interment was held at Clover Hill Park 
Cemetery in Birmingham. Contributions 
may be made to the Shay Sends a Kid 
to Camp Fund at the Friendship Circle.
