Each of the artworks has been produced over the last two years by Soul Studio artists, who include Jonathan Barnett, Jacob Baron, Rachel Fallert (whose work is shown, right), Andy Feinberg, Teddy Fitzmaurice, Alyssa Gold, Stephanie Harris, Lauren Ettinger and Dominic Hotz, Blake Jackson, Jason Luckoff, Brian Nanry, Devorah Newman and Aislinn Wendrow. Six programs will be led by Music Director Laureate Leonard Slatkin, showcasing Gershwin’ s Porgy & Bess, Bernstein’ s West Side Story and Copland’ s suite from Appalachian Spring. Look for expanded programming in The Cube, including a film viewing of The Beast with Five Fingers introduced by Slatkin, whose uncle, Victor, contributed a left-hand transcription of a Bach chaconne to this 1946 film.
