She helped unionize Federals 
Department Store, and she volun-
teered for Jimmy Carter’
s 1976 pres-

idential campaign. She also loved 
to skip school to go watch Hank 
Greenberg play baseball. 
Mrs. Tepper is survived by her son, 
Louis Tepper; sister-in-law, Estelle 
Fink; nieces and nephews, Jeffrey 
and Anna Fink, Michael Fink, Lynne 
Lazarski, Alan and Sandy Bednowitz, 
and David and Nancy Bednowitz. 
She was the devoted daughter 
of the late Jack and the late Lillian 
Finkelstein; the loving sister of the 
late Sanford Fink.

Mr. Weiner was the son of the late
