Audrey sought help when her depression became so severe that it led to self-harming.
With the support of her friends, family, a psychologist and a psychiatrist, Audrey learned
healthy ways of coping. Through We Need to Talk Federation is giving
young people like Audrey a platform to share their stories in an effort to
inspire others to ask for the help they need.
