Nurenberg continued from page 78
times. The lives of thousands of
people, in both our Jewish and
general communities, were made
better because of Barbara’s leader-
ship at JVS, which is a wonderful
legacy indeed.
“On behalf of our Jewish
community, I offer our deepest
sympathies to her family.”
After her retirement from JVS
in 2013, Barbara moved to West
Palm Beach. She entered the next
stage in her career when she was
named president and CEO of
Seagull Services, a nonprofit that
serves people with disabilities in
Orange County.

by her daughter and son-in-law,
Leah Nurenberg Moore and Jason
Moore; granddaughter, Addison
“Addie” Moore; her loving com-

By now, you know each other so well you feel you’re
part of each other (and you are). You know exactly
what each other is thinking before it’s said.
With an event as important as this, it never hurts to
discuss your choices and plan ahead. Once you make
prearrangements, there’s never any question about
what you would have wanted... it’s all understood.
