“Strength in life is about addressing and
responding to challenges and we’re very
proud of how our daughter has done both.”

– Robin and Lee Trepeck

Jamie Trepeck is just one of the young people in our community who suffers from anxiety and anorexia – mental health
challenges that can be devastating. Together, Jamie and her family dealt with her illness and today she is thriving.
Through its We Need to Talk initiative, Federation is highlighting stories of youth and their families struggling with mental
health challenges. By bringing this issue into the light – and out of the darkness – our community can lift the stigma
associated with mental illness and help our youth achieve mental wellness.
