This foundation is near and dear to his heart because a young family friend has stage 4 nonsmoking lung cancer. Molly is the loving great- grandchild of Rochelle and the late Marvin Freedman, the late Maury Alpert, the late Robert and Mildred Bishop, the late Fran and Charlie Goldstein, and the late Harry and Etta Wilson. Molly attends West Hills Middle School in Bloomfield Hills. For her most meaningful mitzvah project, she donated funds to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) in honor of her cousin Brooke Klein. Each year Molly participates in the JDRF One Walk to help in the mission to find a cure for Type 1 diabetes and to make living with T1D safer and healthier, until it is no longer a threat.
