ELINOR RUBIN, 90, of
West Bloomfield, died
July 28, 2018.
She was a longtime
member of Hadassah
and ORT, and was
also active with Meals
on Wheels and the
Rubin
Alpha Omega Dental
Association.
Mrs. Rubin was the beloved wife for
68 years of the late Dr. Nathan Rubin.
She is survived by her son and
daughter-in-law, Dr. Larry and Nori
Rubin; grandchildren, Rachel and Tim
Monahan, and Jamie and Jonathan
Wachlarz; daughter, Karen Kaufman
and family; four great-grandchildren;
sister, Helen Barnett (the late Milton
Barnett); many loving nieces and neph-
ews; loving and devoted caregivers, Rita,
Natasha, Megan and Donna.
Mrs. Rubin was the mother of the late
Kenny Rubin; devoted daughter of the
late Ann and the late Robert Schiff.
Interment was at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be made
to American Diabetes Association
