THEODORE BAXTER, 82, of West
Bloomfield, died June 16, 2018.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years,
Carole Baxter; brother, Dr. Seymour
Baxter; sister-in-law and brother-in-
law, Joanne and Earl Tushman; nieces
and nephews, Alexander Baxter, Daniel
and Bridget Baxter, David and Shannon
Baxter, Beth Karp, Reed and Lisa
Tushman, and Marc and Alyssa Tushman;
cousins, Betty Klein, Myrna and Richard
Green, Millicent and Allan Kleinman, and
Ilene Winslow; many loving great-nieces
and great-nephews.
Mr. Baxter was the devoted son of the
late Edward and the late Esther Baxter;
the loving brother-in-law of the late Anita
Baxter; the dear cousin of the late Edward
Klein.
Interment was at Adat Shalom
Memorial Park. Contributions may be

Mr. Halprin was the brother of the late
Martin (the late Bonnie) Halprin and the
late Janice Goodman.
Interment was held at Beth El
Memorial Park Cemetery in Livonia.

NORMA HELLMAN, 99, of Southfield,
died June 11, 2018.
She is survived by her children,
Barbara and Dr. Stephen Hoffman, Jeri
Magid and Arnie Portner; grandchil-
dren, Robin (Robert Jackson) Reeves, Eli
Magid, David (Rohina) Hoffman, Daniel
Hoffman; great-grandchildren, Dillon,
Maya and JJ; many loving nieces, neph-
ews, other family members and friends.
Mrs. Hellman was the beloved wife of
the late Haywood “Woody” Hellman; sis-
ter of the late Norman (the late Evelyn)
Garris, the late Rose (the late Samuel)
Dworman; mother-in-law of the late
Jerome Magid; sister of the late Sylvia
(the late David) Hudosh.
Interment took place at Beth El
Memorial Park Cemetery in Livonia.
