fun brunch outing at Punch Bowl
Social (1331 Broadway St., Detroit).
Every mom will be greeted with a
complimentary mimosa (boozy and
non-alcoholic versions available).
Plus, every mom gets one shot at

scratch Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet
is sure to impress with an Omelette
Station, Taco Station and Salad

Gravy, eggs, bacon, sausages and a
selection of cheesecake and pastries.
Continue the fun while working off
those carbs with Skee-Ball, bowl-
ing, ping-pong and numerous other
social activities. Punch Bowl Social’s
Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet runs 9
a.m.-3 p.m. and costs $25 for adults
and $12 for kids 12 and under. Kids

Mom’s the word on Mother’s
Day at Alfoccino of Auburn Hills.
Mother’s Day Brunch will be served
from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Food selections
include a Prime Rib Carving Station,
Salmon with Lemon Dill and Capers,
Chicken Piccata, a wide variety of
delicious hot and cold pastas, bagels
and cream cheese, muffins and so
much more. Alfoccino’s full- service
bar will be open, and mimosas and
other refreshments will be available.
The cost is $24.95 for adults and

$12.50 for children 10 and under.
Red Dunn Kitchen, in Downtown
Detroit, will be open during regular
business hours on Mother’s Day.
Brunch service is from 7 a.m.- 3
p.m. In addition to their full brunch
menu, featured menu items for
brunch include Crab Cake Benedict,
two crab cakes, spinach, tomato,
spinach and hollandaise; Biscuits
and Gravy, two jalapeno cheddar
biscuits and red sausage gravy; and
$5 “Mom-osas” with a variety of
fresh fruit puree choices.
Mr. B’s Gastropub, in the heart of
downtown Royal Oak, has a totally
revamped menu offering a wide
array of salads, sandwiches, pizzas
and shareables, with all menu items
made “from scratch” daily, along
with a wide selection of beer and
craft cocktails. A special Mother’s
Day brunch will be offered from
noon- 2 p.m., followed by the regular
afternoon lunch and dinner service.
The special menu will include a buf-
fet brunch and bottomless mimosas.
Brunch costs $13.99 for adults, $3.99
for children; bottomless mimosas
are $12. Reservations are encour-
aged.
On Mother’s Day, Mike’s Pizza
Bar in Detroit will be offering
$5 mimosas and Bloody Marys.
Donations will be collected to raise
awareness for breast cancer, and
Sports & Social Detroit will be
offering $5 PINK martinis and PINK
mimosas. $1 from every drink will go
toward breast cancer awareness. •
