LOUIS “LOU” LEVITSKY, 94, former
Detroiter of Boynton Beach, Fla., died Feb.
27, 2018.
He graduated from Detroit Central High
School in 1942 and served in the United
States Army Signal Corps during WWII.
He founded Levitsky Electric Company,
working as an electrician for many years.
Upon retirement, Lou carved and painted
exquisite canes and figurines: animals real
and fantastic. His love for his family was
overflowing.
Mr. Levitsky is survived by his loving
wife of 72 years, Sylvia; children, Gayle
Morrison (Stuart), Neal Levitsky (Rebecca)
and Holli Levitsky (Mark Weitz); grand-
children, Jason Morrison, Sasha Beicken,
Amy Morrison, Sofya Weitz and Jakob
Weitz; great-grandson, Ezra Morrison;
sisters-in-law, Evelyn Cohen and Carol
Levitsky; many loving nieces, nephews,
cousins, other family members and life-
long friends.
He was predeceased by his dear par-
ents, Frieda and Jack Levitsky; brother,
Henry Levitsky; niece, Corinne Levitsky;
and daughter-in-law, Linda Adcock
Levitsky.

ESTHER JEAN
NENNER, 61, of
Bloomfield Hills, died
March 8, 2018.
She is survived by her
sister and brother-in-
law, Shifrah Nenner and
Jeff Ogden. She is also
Nenner
survived by her loving
JARC family.
Ms. Nenner was the
loving daughter of the
late Juda and the late Dora Nenner.
