Kenneth MacMillan’s masterful interpretation of Shakespeare’s
enduring romantic tragedy has become one of ABT’s signature
productions. The story of Verona’s tragic star-crossed lovers is
woven throughout a dance tapestry rich in character nuance and
sensuality, with Renaissance Italy providing a sumptuous and
period-perfect background.
