About 45 people from the Isaac Agree Downtown Synagogue, Jewish
Women’s Philanthropy group from the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan
Detroit, students visiting Detroit on alternative break from the College of
Wooster (Ohio) and community members from the Eden Gardens Block
Club on the east side of Detroit met on Sunday, Oct. 8, at the Eden
Gardens garden to celebrate Sukkot, harvest the remaining produce,
plant garlic for the next season and help put the garden to bed.
Everyone celebrated with pizza from Belle Isle Pizza, thanks to owner
