DECEMBER 10 Palmer Park Winterfest

2-5 pm, Dec. 10. People for Palmer Park is hosting a multicultural holiday festival.
The family fun will include horse-and-carriage rides, hot cider, hot chocolate,
holiday cookies, music, and arts and crafts. Isaac Agree Downtown Synagogue
will offer a presentation about Chanukah along with others planned for Christmas
and Kwanzaa. Held in and around the historic Log Cabin in Palmer Park, north
of McNichols (Six Mile Road) and just west of Woodward, Detroit. Free, but bring
new mittens, gloves, hats and/or scarves for donation to Mittens for Detroit. Info:
