Mrs. Gary Stromberg of
Buffalo, N.Y., and Delray Beach,
Fla., are excited to announce the
engagement of their children
Zachary and Hannah.
The couple met at Michigan
State University, where Zachary
earned a doctor of medicine
degree through the College of
Human Medicine, and Hannah
earned a bachelor’s degree
through the College of Education.
Zachary is a third-year resident in internal medicine at Indiana University
and is pursuing a fellowship in endocrinology. Hannah is employed at Orbis
Education as an academic adviser and is pursuing a master’s degree in
higher education.
A December wedding is planned in Delray Beach. •

helley and Ray Spaulding of
Farmington Hills are thrilled
to announce the engagement
of their daughter Kourtney Erin to
Cory Andrew Duchesneau, son of
Stephanie Duchesneau and Shawn
Duchesneau of Farmington, Conn.
After receiving her undergradu-
ate degree at Eastern Michigan
University, Kourtney worked for
Hillel of Rochester Area Colleges
in Western New York before com-
pleting her master’s in student
affairs and higher education from Nazareth College, also in Rochester, N.Y.
Cory received both his undergraduate and master’s degrees from the
University of South Carolina. He is in the Ph.D. program in student affairs
and higher education at Miami University in Ohio.
Kourtney is a resident director and Cory is the assistant director in the
Center for Student Success, both at Miami University in Ohio, where they
met.
A spring 2018 wedding is being planned in Oxford, Ohio. •
