Dear Nana,

of blessed memory

I miss you more than words can express. I
want you to know I appreciate all the love
and support you have given me throughout
my life. I have the fondest memories of
going to your house as a child. You would
cook the most delicious, healthy food. You
would spend time teaching me how to sew
and knit. We would stay up late and watch
old episodes of the Donna Reed Show. You did everything for me. You
would pick me up from school, take me to McDonalds and then Hebrew
school or tap class. If I forgot my homework or project at home, I always
knew I could call and you would drop it off. You were always there for me.

When I got older you came and stayed with me during medical school in
Kansas City. We had the best time going out to dinner and hanging out.
Anytime I needed you, you came and helped me. We took a fun trip to Boca
together. We both loved laying out at the pool and getting tan, hot fudge
sundaes and coffee.

You have always taken care of everyone around you. We were best friends.
I will miss your amazing sense of humor, kindness, intelligence and overall
beauty both inside and out.
