Organization’s annual “Handlebars for
the Homeless.” The 15-mile guided bicy-
cle tour will highlight Detroit’s Sherwood
Forest and Boston-Edison neighbor-
hoods and the Livernois-Six Mile desig-
nated “Live6 Alliance” area. Seasoned
bicyclists, professional mechanics
and Detroit Police officers will cycle
with the group. Depart/return at the
NSO Bell Building, 882 Oakman Blvd.,
Detroit. Participants, age 14 and older,
will receive a T-shirt, spoke card, raffle
entry and refreshments. A bike helmet is
required. Entry charges vary, less before
