“He’s a great person, smart, very
active and pleasant to deal with.
He’s incredible. Everybody loves him.
People who see him always want
to say, ‘Hi, Mr. Raskin.’ I met Danny
at least 25 years ago. He came into
my restaurant when I took over at
Honey Tree on Orchard Lake and 14
Mile. He loves our food. He always
talks good about our staff. I pick him
up a lot of times to go to lunch or
dinner together. I have had five loca-
tions in the last 10 years. He came
to all my locations. Danny tries to
make good dining deals for my cus-
tomers that he can write up to bring
people in.”
