COUNSELING. LEGAL ASSISTANCE.
EVEN A PEARL NECKLACE.
There are many ways to make a difference.

Having lost all three of her children, Stephanie hadn’t received a Mother’s Day
gift in many years. So when the lovely, delicate pearl necklace—donated by
Tapper’s—arrived at her home, she was moved to tears.

It’s just one of the many ways your support of the Joy Project—created by
Elanah Nachman Hunger to honor her mother Joy Nachman—makes an
impact in the lives of women and children served by Jewish Family Service.

Generous donors purchased 1,500 tribute cards and those dollars make it
possible for us to help families with counseling, crisis support, domestic abuse
intervention, access to legal assistance, and, in the case of Stephanie, with
lifting a mother’s spirits.
