Dear Sheryl:
It’s been a year now since you died. We all miss you terribly. There is rarely a day
that goes by that I wish you had not had that neck surgery because you would still
be alive today. I’m trying my best to take care of Mom and Dad. I’m trying to take
care of getting through life without my sister. I miss you. I still have my memories.
Whenever someone passes by wearing Opium perfume, I turn and expect to see
you. Sometime I think you’ll surprise me and just appear – but it’s only a quick
fantasy.
Your loving brother,
Ricky
