She is survived by her son and
daughter-in-law, Dr. Robert and
Laurie Rosen of Evanston, Ill.; daugh-
ters and son-in-law, Marcy J. Rosen
of Rockford, Mich., Tina and Alan
Pinter of West Bloomfield; grand-
children, Annie Rosen and Adam
Confair, Seth Rosen, Tony Pinter,
Simon and Rebecca Pinter, Zoe
Pinter, Hank Pinter; sister-in-law,
Ruth Richardson; devoted caregivers,
Dyetta, Michelle, Sarah; other loving
relatives and friends.
Mrs. Rosen was the beloved wife
for 45 years of the late Herbert Rosen;
dear sister and sister-in-law of the
late Sam and the late Judith Stulberg,
the late Joe and the late Lenore
Stulberg, the late Sophie and the late
Sam Lezell, the late Val Richardson.

Mr. Shapiro
was born in New
York and moved
to Detroit while in
Shapiro
his teens. He spent
his career at Ford
Motor Company,
where he was a
labor negotiator. He was a long-
time member of Temple Israel.
He is survived by his daugh-
ters and sons-in-law, Beth and
Richard Frank of Bethesda, Md.,
and Ellen and Gregory Simon
of Encino, Calif.; grandchildren,
Laura Frank, Jonathan and Ana
Luz Portillo Frank, Michael Frank,
Harlan Simon and Nicholas Simon;
great-grandson, Elan Frank; sister,
Edith Stahl of Southfield; brother
and sister-in-law, Fred and Shelly
Shapiro of Los Angeles, Calif.
Mr. Shapiro was the beloved hus-
band of the late Marvel Shapiro.
Interment was at Mount Sinai,
Simi Valley, on Jan 17, surrounded
by loving family and friends.
