Anne (Dovitz) and Jason Canvasser of Birmingham
are thrilled to announce the birth of their daughter,
Brynn Sophia Canvasser. Excited big brother is Jonah.
Proud grandparents are Debbie and Eric Canvasser, and
Susan and Steven Dovitz. Proud great-grandparents are
Robert Canvasser, Irma Wald and Pauline Markman.
Brynn is also the great-granddaughter of the late Sol
and the late Lorraine Dovitz, the late Julius Markman,
the late Beverly Canvasser and the late Jerry Wald.
Brynn was named in loving memory of her great-
grandmother Beverly Canvasser and great-uncle Bruce
Markman.

March 4, at Temple

Shir Shalom in
West Bloomfield.
Proud parents,
Angie and David Biel; siblings, Kyle
and Hannah; and grandmother,
Rachel Lombardo, will all share in
this tradition. Evan is also the loving
grandson of the late Helen and the
late Irving Biel, and the late David
Lombardo.
Evan is a seventh-grader at Sarah
Banks Middle School in Wixom. As
part of his community project, he
volunteered at the Miracle League
of Michigan, providing children who
have physical and cognitive disabili-
ties with a major league baseball
experience. There he shared his pas-
sion for baseball with other children
as a buddy, assisting them on the
field during games.

Sharing in her celebration will be
her brother Jacob Trevor and her
grandmothers Phyllis Soltz and Sally
Cymerint. Katelyn is also the grand-
daughter of the late Donald R.Soltz
and the late Harry Cymerint.
Katelyn is a student at Holmes
Middle School in Livonia. She spent
many Tuesday evenings volunteer-
ing at Yad Ezra in Berkley.

beloved son of Jason Gordon and the
late Jennifer Lanxner and the broth-
er of Joseph and Gabriel Gordon.
Joining in the celebration will be his
proud grandparents Dr. Eric and
Sarah Gordon, Sara Lanxner and
Cantor Ben-Zion and Susan
Lanxner.
Eli is a student at Hillel Day
School of Metropolitan Detroit in
Farmington Hills.

Saturday, March 4. He will be joined
in celebration by his sister Annabel
and his proud grandparents Miriam
and William Konstantin, and Sharon
and Ronald Hermann.
Charlie is a student at Berkshire
Middle School in Beverly Hills. As
part of his bar mitzvah project, he
designed bracelets to sell as a fund-
raiser to benefit pancreatic cancer
research in memory of his Uncle
Ben. All proceeds will be donated to
the Sky Foundation in Bloomfield
Hills.
