MANDEL, 89, of
Chesterfield, Mo., for-
merly of Michigan, died
Jan. 28, 2017.
Mr. Mandel was
an Army veteran and
served in the Korean
conflict.
He was also a mem-
ber of the Lions Club,
a golfer, bowler, bridge
player and ballroom
dancer. In his youth, he
loved to play soccer.
Mr. Mandel is sur-
