She taught kinder- garten for 32 years, the majority of the time at Burton Elementary School in Huntington Woods. She retired in 1996. Mrs. Rubin is survived by her husband of 51 years, Norman Rubin; brother and sister-in-law, Allen and Adina Linden; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Paula and Melvin Menuck, Edith Linden and Faye Starr; nieces and nephews, Sylvia and Ronald Marabate, Arlene and Juan Zapata, Jonathan and Wendy Linden, Ann and Glen Glater, Michele and Seth Corin, and Jason Menuck.
