Camp Ramah in Wisconsin was the
first Ramah camp, so not only is the
camp celebrating a big birthday in
2017, so too is the entire Ramah move-
ment. What started in Conover in 1947
has grown to include nine overnight
camps, four day camps and programs
in Israel.
Alumni, parents and friends of
Ramah who are 21 and older are
invited to come together for a joyful
70th anniversary celebration 8 p.m.
on Feb. 11, 2017, in Chicago. It’ll be

a great evening of fun, friends, music
and reconnection.
The event takes place at Morgan
Manufacturing, 401 N. Morgan St. in
Chicago. “Camp Chic” attire is suggest-
ed. Hotels within walking distance of
the event venue include Crowne Plaza
and Soho House.
Tickets: $54 for those age 21-35 and
$180 for those over 36. For more infor-
mation, visit www.ramahwisconsin.
