As part of his mitzvah project, he

Kitchen, which he found to be very

egan Shafran and Geoffrey
Brockman were married recently in
Detroit. The ceremony and recep-
tion were held at the Masonic Temple. Rabbi
Daniel Schwartz of Temple Shir Shalom per-
formed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Dick and
Debbie Shafran of West Bloomfield. The
groom is the son of Anita and Barney
Brockman of Holland, Pa.
Maid of honor was Megan’s sister, Alli
Shafran; best man was Geoffrey’s cousin
Evan Kallish.
Megan is a special education teacher of
students with autism in Berkley; Geoffrey is a compliance specialist at Tokio
Marine HCC.
A summer 2017 honeymoon is planned.
