EILEEN LEIDER, 88,
died Sept. 22, 2016.
She was the youngest
of three sisters.
Mrs. Leider graduated

year later. They built a warm and loving
home together and enjoyed 52 years of
marriage. Eileen and Irv were founding
members of Congregation Beth Shalom.
Eileen was an entrepreneur. She founded
Top It Off Inc., a clothing company with
a wholesale division and multiple retail
locations; she was a rock star manufactur-
ers rep.
In their later years, Eileen and Irv
traveled to the Orient, England, Israel,
Amsterdam, Hawaii and Las Vegas.
Recently, Eileen enjoyed her winters away
from Michigan, with extended travels to
Los Angeles, Palm Springs and Maui.
Mrs. Leider was the loving mother
of Robert, Leslie and Jan, Aaron and
Michael, and David and Raigan; the cher-
ished grandmother of JP and Katy, Dana,
Michael, Becca and Dor, Joanie, Fiona,
Natasha and Melissa, Josh, Christina,
Vitalyi and Aidana. She cherished her
friendship with Gussie Janeski, her care-
taker and companion. She is also survived
by devoted nieces and nephews, other
family members, friends and friends of
her children; to whom she was second
mother and confidante.
She was the sister of Sylvia (the late
Harry), and the late Eva and Arthur
Tractenberg; daughter-in-law of the late
Annie and Max Leider; sister-in-law of
Edith and Milton Simmons, and the late
Goldie Leider Reichstein and Schifra
Leider Henry.
