ELAINE STERN, 96,
of Grand Blanc, died

She was a gradu-
ate of the University
of Michigan and a
huge Wolverines fan.
She was a character
Stern
voice on the Lone
Ranger radio show in
the early 1950s and
played most of the female characters.
Mrs. Stern is survived by her care-
givers and support staff, Kim Flesher
and her extended family, Dan Flesher,
Danielle Flesher, Ashley Baker and
Velvet Douglas.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Leo Stern; the loving sister of the late
Myron Alpert; the devoted daughter
of the late Benjamin and the late Ida
Alpert.
Interment was at Clover Hill Park
