Ashley is the granddaughter of Karen Helper of Buffalo, N.Y., and the late Gerard Helper. An October wedding is planned in Detroit. The couple reside in Berkley. Surrounded by family and friends at Temple Israel, they renewed their wedding vows. A brunch followed.
