Grand Rapids climbed into Realtor.
com’s hottest markets in June, meaning
Michigan had three real estate mar-
kets in the top 20. Detroit (including
Warren and Dearborn) and Ann Arbor
were on the list for May as well.
The real estate market in Traverse
City is also booming, according to
local Realtors. “Seasonality is definitely
a factor in these rankings,” according
to the report. “This is a peak time for
people to be buying vacation homes
in Michigan because the weather is
perfect.”
