Like your grandparents and parents before you, we
foresee that you too will identify within your own
hearts the responsibility and rewards discovered from the
inherent task to be ever-mindful of those in need and to advance the goals
of our Jewish community.

We are Detroiters and though your lives may lead you to other cities, it is your

Mom is the current president of Hebrew Free Loan and half of our donation is
intended to maintain the legacy of this remarkable institution. By way of this
contribution — and optimally the additional resources that you will personally
provide in the years to come — numerous lives will continue to be enriched by this
Detroit hallmark.

From one generation to the next, we hope you will participate in the continuity of
this important organization.

The second half of our Centennial gift is promised to Federation, to assure that
your grandparents’ efforts to establish a safety net for Jewish Detroit and Israel is
honored and protected.

For over a century, the Detroit Jewish Federation has enabled our community to
thrive and has touched the lives of so many. Our family has committed itself to the
heritage and now the horizon of this community cornerstone, and we ask that you
recognize and support the essential role it holds in the preservation and vitality of
Jewish Detroit.
